Compensation for land acquisition for second phase of Jewar international airport As well as notification and acquisition for third phase of development by Yamuna Expressway, Authority.

 

Yamuna Authority facing difficulty in requiring land for development of YEI,DA, residential and commercial sectors along the Yamuna Expressway , sector 17, 17, a, 18, 20, 20 22D et cetera.

Farmers are sitting on strike to get compensation increased for Yamuna Expressway, agriculture land to be at par with Greater Noida. Compensation rate of ₹4500 per square metre.

The Yamuna Expressway, industrial development authority will start acquiring land for third phase from September 20 24 for Jewar airport ( Three runways and facilities ) and other sectors .

 

Yamuna Expressway area is good for investment starting ₹50,00,00 onwards with development and acquisition in full swing.
